Submission Guidelines
Abstract Format
Abstracts must be structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) and limited to 300–400 words. All submissions must be written in English.
Originality & Ethics
Submitted work must be original and not previously published. Authors are responsible for ensuring ethical approval where applicable.
Review Process
All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee based on quality, relevance, and scientific merit.
Presentation Types
Accepted submissions may be allocated as Oral Presentations or Poster Presentations based on reviewer evaluation and session availability.
Publication Opportunity
Selected full papers may be considered for publication in conference proceedings or partner peer-reviewed journals.
Registration Requirement
At least one author must complete registration upon acceptance to confirm inclusion in the final program.
